Booked the appointment online the night before I wanted to come in. I was texted a reminder about an hour before the appointment. The process was easy. At the appointment, the nail technician was punctual, thorough and ensured I was comfortable and happy. The transition from Kim’s Nails to Sophi Beauty has been no inconvenience to the customer. In fact, Sophi’s has modernized and upgraded the shop. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been coming here for about 5 years and always have a really great experience at Kim’s nail salon. I am a regular pedicure goer, waxing and been getting my nails done off and on. But From the moment I walk in, all the staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. And know each one of their customers by name. I absolutely love this salon and refuse to go anywhere else every time they give me exactly what i want for a cheap price and efficient timing, no more spending 3 hours in the chair for the same design on all nails. Got my nails and my grandma got her feet done today thank you Phoenix and all the lovely workers there!

I had a classic manicure and classic pedicure today at SOPHI Beauty Lounge with Julie, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Julie was incredibly gentle, patient, and detail-oriented. She took her time and made sure everything was done perfectly. My hands and feet have honestly never felt so light and refreshed. I really appreciate the care and attention she put into everything. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience!

I had such a wonderful experience with Philix🌺She is so kind, friendly, and incredibly talented.
