Eric Soper will not let you go back with your children which is a big red flag for suspicious behavior. I called a few other Pediatric Dentists who advised that we look elsewhere for treatment due to the concerns for child safety. Parents should not leave young children alone with strangers even if they have a degree behind their name. Children are the parents to protect. The other reviews that mirror this one are sadly true. Take your child somewhere else to be safe.
We have been taking our children to Dr. Soper for 5+ years. The dental staff is amazing and we trust their work. The 3 star rating comes from our billing experiences with this practise. We have been through two billing issues with the Crestview Hills office. The most recent one is due to X-rays taken prior our insurances guidelines resulting in the full cost being passed on to us. We have taken our children to Dr. Soper for about nine years. I have never had any doubts in the care they receive and have always been comfortable with treatment there. Thank you for the great care you give our children.
We have been seeing Dr Soper and his team for all 3 of our kids. Great very caring dentist, highly recommend.
My kids always have a pleasant experience in the office. The office staff is very friendly.
