Dont, just dont, you will be sorry, Sopensky Properties will not fix the place as promised, there are lead paint issues, broken pipes, township inspection problems, the list goes on....just google the company and court documents... the list is very long for court proceedings,,,, sewer problems and lead paint and unfair rental actions.....Do not rent from this slumlord, you will be sorry.
I was going to write a lengthy post of my awful experience living in one of this man's apartments, but instead of ranting I will make it brief. John Sopenksy doesn't care about you. He will put Napaleese families consisting of 6-10 people in each and all of the 1-2 bedroom apartments around you. He will allow vandals who make constant drug deals outside in broad daylight live in an apartment without him being registered and a known resident of that apartment.
