I have suffered dental anxiety for years in varying degrees from poor experiences with many different dentists... Dr Amini and her team were a total gamechanger for me. This year I had extensive dental work done and this clinic and have completely changed my outlook on going to the dentist. The all female team is a MAJOR plus, everyone is super lovely and very skilled. I trusted Dr. Amini with a root canal this year instead of seeing and endodontist and she did amazing work. Sorry but this place is not for you if you want to save your teeth, they are also under new managment and I've been going to the place for years. The dentist had a bad attitude and didnt listen to my concerns, she just wanted to give me dentures to make money off me. If I could give no stars I would.
Very compassionate care. They were so nice and made sure that every part of the process was managed well. A few hiccups, but everything was smoothed over by the dentist and front desk staff. I was impressed with how they handled things and hope to continue my care with them in the future. Some areas for improvement.
I have been seen and treated by Dr.T on 3 occasions and found him to be very professional and kind. His demeanor is a pleasant change in the dental industry! Right from the front door I felt welcomed by his office staff and was made more than comfortable by his assistant. His honest opinion, most appreciated and his explanation of procedures as it was happening was also awesome! Very great team of specialists! Hope they never leave the area!
Upfront staff was friendly but I was quite confused as to why they made me reschedule my initial appointment from 2pm to 1:10pm, and then I waited for about 25-30mins for my appointment to start. I did not find Dr. T's "chair-side" manner that great, he was a bit condescending and a little abrasive with questions. Additionally, I travelled ~3hours for this consult for something specific that my dentist wanted, only to be referred to physiotherapy "as a start" and additional treatment options to be discussed at follow-up appo... read more
