I've seen a few different therapists here & while some are better than others for my personal preferences, I have not been disappointed by any of them. The facility is clean & calm as well. Looking forward to my next appt and trying out their new head spa in the future!
I have been going to Soothe Massage for probably 5 years now and never have I had the experience that I just recently had. We booked a couples massage and sauna experience in their "new spa area". When we arrived, there were no parking spots and nothing was plowed, not even the steps to enter. We went into the changing area and both me and my husband's robes were wet/damp and my husband didn't get any slippers.
