Very professional business. Called and left a message, got a call back very quickly. Received a call the day before to confirm. Rob arrived on time, explained to me what my issue was and took care of it quickly. Very informative and helpful. I will call every year for a cleaning moving forward. Highly recommend this business.
Great service, clean and neat, job explained, answered my questions and reflected the price scale on line, with a direct and honest approach to dealing with customers. Cleaned oil burner chimney and chimney for wood burning insert. We were told that the next servicing should be done in 4-5 years due to our usage, the type of wood we burn and the economical oil burner we have but if we needed anything or had any problems, he’d be back asap. Soot Solutions’ approach is refreshing and unique. Great job!
