Extremely polite and knowledgeable family business. Great service and competitive prices. Great for routine service and fixes. They do book quickly but they have a cancellation list (which they actually use) and are on time!

This is a family-owned business that did a great job thoroughly investigating the potential root of the problem prior to repairing our gas fireplace. Others in three counties had refused to work on this "special" type and brand of fireplace. Soot & Cinders were EXTREMELY reasonable in labor and fees. I was happy to find them via a simple google search, and have already recommended them to two local realtors.
