Worst Dentist Ever I don't know what their deal is, but stay far, far away from this crazy dentist's office!!! The receptionist promised I'd be in/out within an hour, but I WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND STILL DIDN'T GET MY TEETH CLEANED! This is enough to take your business elsewhere, but I thought I'd give them another chance. When I finally had to leave for work, I was shocked that the receptionist refused to reschedule me and was beyond rude. She yelled at me, made rude hand gestures, and was beyond unprofessional. Be Afraid I went for an extraction and was sent home with half the tooth (the entire root) still in my jaw (unbeknownst to me and--presumably--them). Okay, this happens. But I went back FOUR times because I could tell something was wrong. It took that many times before they finally took an Xray and saw what they had done. At that point I had to go to a surgeon to have this all fixed (literally months after the original extraction), without so much as an apology from their office for causing the problem and pain.
Thanks Dr. Singh and staff! Dr. Singh and his staff have been great ever since I first became a patient. I had have cleaning, cavity filling, root canal and a crown lengthening and every time I go in the office I get great care, good communication, kindness and staff who are very responsive to my needs/requests. It's a huge relief to work with dental staff who are friendly and competent.
