Very cold, uncaring doctor. Does not care about the patient and you are usually rushed out of the office. If you can, try to find a different doctor.
Dr. Soong is insensitive, Cold and unprofetional doctor. I have never been treated so poorly or felt this way by any other doctor in my life!!!! Horrible, horrible Doctor!!!
