This bank is one of the least accommodating banks that I know when it comes to how you withdraw your money. I have never had any issues with raising my limits for withdrawals or atms with any other bank. Also you are a small town bank with limited branches. Why would you tell your customer we can’t raise your ATM limit but you can come into one of our branches. I am on the north side of the city. This place is a joke! I was about to head through the drive through when I got a phone call from the VA. Since it was an important call, I pulled to the open lane with no teller until my phone call was over. In the meantime some guy, possibly bank manager, came up to my car and I told him “one second I am on the phone with the VA.” He then proceeds to put his head through my window and say “i don’t care you’re on bank property and you need to leave”. Suspected discrepancies in dealings. Went from Spencer State Bank to Advantage State Bank to Soonee State Bank. Have experienced multiple issues since changed to Sooner State Bank
I think they need new people that who’s smart n quick they always need help n waste your all day here idk
