2025: STILL GOING TO THIS DR AND STILL HAPPY! I am a small woman, beyond petite and I'm so glad I found Dr. Pham. He and his staff understand how to treat small people! I've never had a positive experience with a blood draw. They've always been painful and it's led to me having a lot of anxiety about them. I've had blood drawn twice at this clinic, both times by Jodi, and she is excellent. I've hardly felt them. I think it's because she's using a smaller needle. BEACUSE I'M A SMALL PERSON! I’m a Diabetic with neuropathy in my feet my legs first time I came to Dr Pham he seemed like he knew his medicine, checked all the boxes including my neuropathy but as time went on he never once’s checked again concerning my feet, legs just asked how am I doing seen him maybe 3 times out of 2 yrs going to his business always the nurse practitioner can’t get refills placed correctly without running out. MY SON SUFFERS FROM ADHD. I TOOK HIM TO THIS CLINIC AND ITS TAKEN OVER TWO WEEKS TO GET HIS MEDICATION SENT TO THE PHARMACY. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Staff is rude and unprofessional. Would not help my fiance who was having an active asthma attack. When he couldn’t do his weight the staff left him alone and avoided him. When I came in to inquire where help was I was met with an attitude and a power tripping nurse who wanted to make sure we knew our place. The females that were staffed were not professional and should have their licenses pulled. The Dr Pham is no better. Refused to ever see my finance and showed no interest in correcting the problem at his office. I asked ... read more
