Staff is rude and unprofessional. Would not help my fiance who was having an active asthma attack. When he couldn’t do his weight the staff left him alone and avoided him. When I came in to inquire where help was I was met with an attitude and a power tripping nurse who wanted to make sure we knew our place. The females that were staffed were not professional and should have their licenses pulled. The Dr Pham is no better. I used to Love Everyone, Jody is way awesome!! Dr. Pham doesn't understand what a gem he has. I have been with Sooner Road Family Medicine for well over 10 years now and the reason is because Dr. Pham USED to Listen and explain and treat you with respect but the last year his clinic has become a speedway, get you in get you out, Dr. Pham has even made me feel like an idiot a couple times because I explained to him that I simply couldn't afford to get some medications.
