Love their cookie dough shakes and sweetart tea always friendly
This particular place is right down the road from my home . I was able to physically walk Into the business today and wanted to pay the employees a compliment. 7 months ago I was wheel chair bound , then went to using a walker . With my hands full, the employees in the morning were kind enough to carry my shake and tea back out to the car for me several times as I needed my hands to use the walker . I would give it a 1, but I don't use the word hate and I am so disappointed in the way the owner treated me. Yelling at me over the phone bc his worker added a tip for a pick up order and not notifying me is not okay. Who yells at someone unless they know they are in the wrong. All he had to do was talk to me and we could of reasoned this out. I couldn't even get a word in. Would if I was calling him to apologize for thinking his worker was being sneaky?
