The 2 stars are for the female sales associate who assisted me. I can’t remember her name, but she was kind and helpful. I went to Sooner Mattress in February needing a twin mattress asap, for a guest coming into town the following weekend. We had a trundle bed from another retailer and already had one mattress for it. We wanted to shop local for a bed set, and it’s a good thing we did. The prices were affordable and they offered 0% interest financing if necessary. They also have a discount for OU staff/students. Chuck and Lee assisted us, and they were kind, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us at all. We will definitely return the next time we need new beds.
