They do not know how to install equipment. Still finding drain lines that go from small to large rather than from large to small. Still finding leaks on nearly half the equipment cause they can't do an install properly. We have roughly 180 units and only 3 or 4 have no problems. Anyone stating these people can do an install have never actually worked on the equipment in their life.
