Been paying for 3 1/2 years to get a/c units fixed and still not fixed but expected to pay everytime they come out when it is under warranty. Then they waste freon for the a/c and expect me to pay for it. If issue is not fixed I will be seeking another avenue to get issue resolved or my money back. Will not recommend and wouldn't even give a 1 star but had to give a review.

I couldn't be happier with my HVAC installation. One thing that really stood out was how much I learned from Robert throughout the process. He took the time to explain the difference between a true quality installation and the shortcuts that are often taken in many new-home installations. I never realized how seemingly small details like properly sealing the furnace can make such a difference. Naomi is fantastic and super nice! Robert and his employees are very knowledgeable and were able to get our heat and A/C going again. I would definitely recommend Sooner Heat and Air to all my Friends and Family!
