Fantastic pastries and coffee... Whatever is your choice at Sook you will not be disappointed...
Well, today was truly a disappointing experience at SOOK. Waited 25 minutes from the time the cashier took my order to finally have them refund me for the sandwich which I didn't receive. According to the employees, "another customer took it". No you gave my order to another customer! SOOK was not particularly busy at the time we were there. Can't blame it on that. The 5 employees behind the counter were VERY disorganized. I did receive my refund but will be evaluating whether I return to SOOK in the future.
My favorite pastry shop......fell in love on my fist bite. I usually don't eat chocolate, but this is one chocolate I don't pass up
