Rarely I my life have I felt compelled to take my own time and follow up on poor service. In a review elsewhere I used the terms surly and arrogant to describe Soo Sports people and I do not think this is too strong. If Soo Sport had to survive elsewhere (i.e. where there isnt more than 200,000 people in the area who are not well informed on where else they can go and whom have limited local choices) they would go belly up in no time. Not impressed, and never again. Soo sport service employees are very ignorant and arrogant as the previous post said. They did what I asked them to, but also decided to look at other things on my boat I did not ask them to look at, or comment on. They were very condesending in general. And \$90 AN HOUR FOR SERVICE?? WTF!
WTG Soo Sports! Your service and knowledge is beyond good--it is GREAT! I have done business with a lot of different boat dealers and your parts and service departments provide everything a customer cn ask for! Ill be back!
:-/ Took my outboard to Soo a dozen times to figure out what was causing check engine light to come on (Merc. optimax). Over and over they couldn't figure it out. Took it to someone else and it came down to the impeller within the water pump needed to be replaced. Nothing like spending thousands of dollars for a thirty dollar part. Their fix every time was to buy a new motor. Took it elsewhere and now it runs better than ever. Employees are very rude.
Soo Sport bad service I have been treated poorly every time I have gone to Soo Sport which has been about 4 times. Thinking that it must just be bad luck a recently made a call for some service I needed done to my boat. The service I needed done was unusual and required some description I felt. I was about two sentances into my statments when their service manager cut me off and stated: "Get to the moral of the story, I'm a busy man here! Cut to the chase!"
