Awful experience with service department. I’ve had issues with them in the past but today was over the edge. My truck was in the shop for warranty issues and unsafe to drive for almost two weeks. Received zero communication other than the original phone call letting me know it would be about 3 days. I stopped in twice this week to try and get updates. Was just old they were waiting on parts.
