I had a wonderful experience with Nick who did our tour - he was very prompt in answering our questions, great follow up via email and explained all pricing options authenticity and ethically. I lived here before and after a year away came back as the building, sky way access, rooftop and amenities are second to none. Soo line should be the #1 choice for anyone looking to live downtown

Really nice building but they never sent me a lease. I ended up cancelling a week before my planned move-in after waiting 33 days since applying to get a lease to sign. They ended up keeping the $250 admin fee even though a lease was never drafted. I might give them another chance if I’m still in Minneapolis. I recommend being firm on getting an approval and lease from them. I had to call them 4 weeks after applying just to confirm I was actually approved.
