Mari from leasing was a fantastic host for an apartment walkthrough. Although I am not a current resident, Mari's presentation from our walkthrough has definitely put this apartment complex on top of my list. Note for past reviews: Ownership and management changed in late September 2025, so comnents on past management practices may no longer apply. I have lived here since 2017, and was concerned about the management change. So far, my experience is positive. They have helped with my questions, and there has been a huge improvement in the secure package room. It may sound like a small thing, but it is so nice to go in and find your package vs looking on all shelves. The packages are now in the right place with the apt number liste... read more
I lived at Soo Line from 2020-2021, and still have friends who live there. I visited a friend this weekend, and noticed how clean and well kept the property has looked over the last week or so compared to the last few years. My friend mentioned a new company, Solhem, took over. My friends and I are excited to see the building under new management!
