Dr. Kim is awesome and very thorough. Great office staff to help with making appointments and her MA is very supportive.
Office staff are unconcerned and inefficient, hoping the dr is better. She is actually worse. Go figure. 9 weeks since endoscopy and no contact from dr. Couldn’t even show up for Zoom conference which her office scheduled and reminded me of 3 times. Guess she just charges patients for tests and labs then moves on. Go to Cedars Sinai if you want real dr’s not posers. Will never see her again.
