RecommendedSo I set up an appointment for an estimate for last tues no one showed up or called. so I called Thursday no one showed up for our estimate and no one called back . called this Saturday I was told someone would call my fiance on Monday oct 18th. no one called at all this isn't really cool to not even call thanks alot.
Don Earl installed a new furnace for my home earlier this year. We are very much appreciating the new furnace now that the weather has turned cold. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you again! I highly recommend!
I scheduled our annual gas fireplace service last month and had a minor issue when we went to use it after that. When I contacted the company for a follow up check, the staff person who handled the call was helpful and very understanding and we set a convenient time to have someone come to check it out. As in the past, the service person was polite, professional, and efficient, and our all contacts with this business have been most satisfactory.

Great service, super friendly and very professional. As an owner of 3 business's my husband and I only use Soo Fireplace & Stone. Don Earl and his entire staff operate in integrity honesty, and awesome customer service. For over 20 years every experience we have had with them has been great. I can NOT imagine anyone having a bad experience with Soo Fireplace & Stone.
I own a rental business in town and Don Earl's guys have installed 7 furnaces for me and serviced many others over the years. I learned about them from my parent's who also operate a large rental business with dozens of homes all serviced by Don Earl. None of the dozens of furnaces they have replaced for us broke down in conveniently warm weather for these guys either. They go out and work in weather we wouldn't leave our dogs out in. Soo Fireplace and Stone did an excellent job installing the new boiler and pellet stove for us. The staff was professional and courteous. Our family received a great value for our money. Highly recommended!
