Unprofessional bussiness ethics! I had the worst experience in my life. They book me in for a treatment which was paid in full and then 15 mins before the appointment, when I was already on my way, the front desk called me and said that the package has already expired and they will not be able to honour the package! This was after me constantly asking them if they could inform me how many treatments are left!
