This was a Christmas arrangement I ordered with white carnations and red carnations, I also ordered red candles which I didn’t receive any White carnations or red candles when I contacted Sonya’s and asked why I wasn’t been contacted about the changes I was told because I had phoned that day to see if my delivery went out, so I feel she had every opportunity to tell me she did not have the product I had ordered instead of her assuming it was ok to change my order without my consent just to get the delivery out.
