Meeting Dr Krolik was a genuine pleasure. She handled my issue with sensitivity, kindness, patience, and practicality. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in a situation that could have been anything but. Her warm manner made it that much easier for me. I very much appreciate her no nonsense approach, and I look forward to working with her in the future, should the need arise.
Excellent “bedside manner.” Explained what she would do, then explained again while she was doing it. Kept me informed and at ease. She certainly has to rank with the best of surgeons if what I experienced is typical. Thank you, Doctor Krolik!
