The return process is a nightmare. They force you to spend your money at the store if you are not please with the purchase. And they want the item shipped back within seven days. Then NO ONE responds to you. Emails go unanswered and the boutique telephone # goes straight to a automatic voicemail. Who does this!?! I gave proof of delivery and I am still waiting for them to give me a credit.
