I ordered my birthday dress from them that was suppose to arrive days before my birthday. The label was created the day after my purchase. It took almost 5 days to ship my item. I work for USPS so I knew exactly where my package was at, and it wasn’t at no postal facility. I emailed, called and got no response. I support all black business and this one has taken the cake and gives black business a bad name. Sonya Bee's Boutique has been a disappointment. I've sent several emails and Direct Messages via Instagram regarding my order and they haven't responded. This is probably why the ran her out of canton ms she is a FRAUD and the company Is A COMPLETE SCAM!!and don’t deserve a star.
I'm currently having a horrible experience with this business. I placed an order for a coat and dress on September 21st that I never received. I emailed the company on October 29th stating when I placed the order and that I never received them, including pictures of the confirmation and order number. This company doesn't deserve any stars whatsoever. They have extremely poor customer service and very rude attitudes. I had ordered a dress on June 3rd, and received a FALSE tracking number on the 15th of June. I say false because later I received an email informing me that my order would not be ready for shipment until July 25th. That's a whole month and 3 weeks away from my purchase date! This so called "boutique" is the worst very unprofessional and have no respect for there customers! I purchased from them. They gave a tracking number but it said it was still awaiting the merchandise, meaning they never put it out for delivery. I emailed them several times. Had to file a claim with PayPal in order to receive my item. Had bad customer service and the quality isn’t that good for the price.
My dress arrived and it says size medium and I am truly a medium size 8/10. The dress fits my daughter who's a size six. I took a chance ordering from this company without doing my research, but it will never happen again. Now I have to try to sell this poorly made $65 too small, non stretch dress. Not a happy customer especially since they don't do refunds or exchanges. Ugh

I live in the UK. I saw a nice dress and wanted it, with a nice Rhea pants. I paid for my items and honestly I wish I hadn’t ordered from these leeches. My order arrived in UK, only to find out that I had to pay £116 additional custom charge (which could have been avoided by this company I believe), for my order to be delivered.
