worst service ever. i've walked in there a few times ready to spend a lot of money and can't get anyone's attention. They are nice when your at the register paying.
Buyer Beware! Sony has had a reputation for making great innovative products since my childhood. I have been Sony loyal for 40+ years. My first TV was a Sony CRT. This last experience has changed a life long habit. After purchasing a $400 flash 2 weeks ago and being informed by "Albrrto" prior to completing the purchase that there would be NO restocking fee if product was unused Today, the store manager, "Francisco" stated that a restocking fee would apply. Bought my Sony A7 there. They have good customer service too generally speaking. I sometimes have to wait when they are crowded though. Overall a well maintained store.
