They closed it?! We had our PS3 repaired here, for $100 I believe. Worth it just to keep our data intact. A good technology store, even if Sony's phones are a little underwhelming in their support.
Poor customer service. Called them and was told to press 3 for tech support an got disconnected. After trying a couple of times, I pressed a button for sales and surprisingly their system worked and someone answered to the call. But the guy- Corry put me an hold for a long time trying to brush me off. Their corporate tech phone support is dead, chat is dead. I think sony is dead.
