I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share mine. My concerns extend far beyond a single office visit. Most recently, I sought treatment for symptoms that had responded well to steroids in the past. My request was denied, and my condition continued to worsen. I eventually went to an urgent care facility, where I was prescribed a steroid that provided significant relief. Dr. Sony John is a very caring and compassionate Doctor! I’m so glad that he is my new primary and he has a great bedside manner, listened to all of my concerns, and we came up with a plan and also some treatment options. I highly recommend!! My husband is also making a new patient appointment with him as well. The office is very efficient and friendly as well. Thank you.
We saw him today (96 year old Mom and me) and he was great. Kind, patient, detailed oriented and addressed all her concerns.
