Had a great experience with Zia at Sonys today. He was very patient and kind with us while we shopped around with our 2 little ones. Answering all our questions and showing us a lot of wonderful options. And was also kind enough to resize my bangles for me. We were so happy with the set and earrings we purchased. Thank you
I had an amazing experience with Sony Jewellers. They fixed my gold belt, a very delicate and difficult job and they did it the same day, within an hour, for only $80. Every other jeweller I asked wanted $300–$400 and needed 3–4 days to do the work. Zia was honest, fast, skilled, and extremely fair with their pricing. I’m genuinely impressed and highly recommend them.
Tried calling them for some important thing , they cut my call three times!! Without even listening to me, how are you guys managing customers idk, sorry to say but very poor customer service!
Honestly, I’ve gotten stuff from many of the Airport road jewellers. And this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never have any of the others, no matter how long you take, how much you bargain, or drink tea etc, ever have given attitude. The owner is extremely rude, like control your tantrums. Ain’t no one yelling here except you. If you’re in a rush and you’re closing, you could’ve simply just let us know and we would’ve left.
