All the people the work here are the best!! Ups not really they make me go for a fallow up and they didn't not safe my appointment bad services 😒 they want me to wait for more the 3 hours like I have they time for they bad workers 😒!!!!
My audiologist, Danielle has been incredibly helpful in making sure I am getting the most out of my hearing aids. She listens and is pro-active about teaching me to utilize all the various settings. Debbie is also lovely with keeping things running smoothly! I am very happy with the service I receive at this location.

Great Service. I tried the Costco thing 3 different times & 3 different locations my conclusion = their people are at Costco for a reason. Totally different experience at Sonus. Danielle took the time to work with me and get it right. I had some challenging needs based on my hearing loss and work environment.
