They set my appointment for a Saturday only to go down there wasted time to find out they're closed. I wish I checked Google Maps beforehand. Still wasn't sensible to set the appointment on a closed day.
This hearing center is a big ripoff first they would not take our insurance and so we paid $50, and they did nothing the aid fell apart and they told me they had to have the aid. Well, my mom got hit by a car because aid fell apart while crossing the street and she did not hear the car. Thank God she is OK but they could not help me with fixing it .
They took so long to have the hearing aids ready. Months !!!! They finally call me to take my mom to pick them up and have no appointments until three weeks later !!! That same day, just an hour before our appointment they cancelled and wanted to give another appointment until the next month !!! They just said “there is nothing that we can do”
I need help to get new hearing aid this place does not have any interest...
