Have experienced nothing but confusion and misinformation since Wendy left (about a year ago). Have not been able to schedule regular maintenance appts. Sonus (and now Serendipity) have rescheduled my appts to an inconvenient time for me without any further followup. I recommend that this company respond promptly to customer text messages and voice mails, and even better adhere to original appointment times.
