I have called 3 times and left voice mail messages because no human answers their phone. No call back, nothing. My hearing aids are not secure and fall off my ears. I am afraid of losing them so don't wear them much. 3 months I was in Myrtle Beach for the winter and did not wear them once. I wish they would call me back so I could have them secured. I live 60 miles from their office. Thank you.
