Our experience here was great! My mom had an appointment at another Sonus, but they called last minute and rescheduled TWICE. Each time they reschedule, the next available date is 10-14 days in the future. After they rescheduled for the second time, I decided to try to look for other options. I was skeptical about the Glendale location because of negative reviews, but they answered the phone right away and scheduled us in 2 days. Everything went as planned. My mom liked the experience. Very unprofessional place. Very difficult to get a hold of them. If you request something such as results and faxing you would will never get them. Stay away from them and do your testing somewhere else.
They are the worse I've experienced. They never pickup the phone and they don't do their job. I'm running after them 3 months now
I was received at this Hearing aid care professionals on 2,28,2025. Receptionist was quite helpful and the professional indeed was very organized and competent.
I have anthem Blue Cross. It’s supposed to cover 80% of my hearing aid cost; however, Eduardo, office manager, raised the retail price three times which made my insurance useless. This guy is a crook and should be avoided.
