🌹😋🌹Great staff, clean facility, not rushed, patient, caring.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my elderly mother and my 86-year-old father with Alzheimer’s to an appointment with Amy Lopez. We were 8 minutes late (I even called ahead), yet she refused to see my mom. No compassion. No understanding. As someone in healthcare, I’m shocked by the lack of empathy and professionalism. Do NOT bring your loved ones here.

They're honest nice people and do great job my 94-year-old father is happy with hearing aid he got from them
I took my 95 year old mother who had just been widowed . We brought in my father’s hearing aides that were less than 6 months old and asked to have them tuned for my mother. We paid for the hearing assessment first. Then it took the owner about 15 minutes to adjust them for my mother. The charge was $830. We felt that was very excessive. We will not go back .
