We had an amazing experience at Sonus Hearing Center in Upland today. It was our first time there, and we were so impressed with the care we received. Sabrina was incredibly helpful and sweet. She walked us through the hearing examination with very clear instructions, which made the process easy and comfortable. Everyone there was warm and professional. We truly appreciate the wonderful service! :)
My first appointment was scheduled for more than a month later, and then they called the day before the appointment to say the doctor was not in, and asked me to reschedule. Then I rescheduled for 2 weeks, and then I waited for almost 2 weeks, and then before the appointment period came, they called again to say the doctor was not in and rescheduled. I am very suspicious, they don't have a doctor at all. They are just postponing. If you want to come here for a hearing test, be prepared for a few months!
