Didn’t send any post op instructions. Anesthesiologist was a jerk too.
Dr. Lin did my ViaDisc procedure here on 8/28....Ms. Montoya, office mgr. was very professional and answered all questions. Jayne, pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and professional. Ashley, nurse in OR was cordial and professional...Dr. Wong was my anathesialogist, very good....Overall good experience.

Called the day before procedure to change time. Not given any instructions for their center, which apparently differ to what was given by the Doctors office. Also not contacted previously with amount due at time of service. What if we couldn't have paid staff? Staff VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Receptionist and other staff members speaking and complaining about my husband unknowing i was was in the waiting room and could hear everything. 3 attemps for an IV shouldn't be happening with staff that does this daily.
