Hi, I’m writing to share the confusion and stress that’s caused by the referring doctor’s office and Sonterra Procedure Center providing conflicting information about show times for colonoscopy. My husband’s show time was 6:00 AM. The Procedure Center’s reminder phone call stated 7:00 AM, we called to confirm and were told “we don’t even open until 7:00.” A number of patients were gathered in the lobby of the building waiting for 7:00 AM. They will over book and have you waiting for hours to be seen. Appointment was at 9, got there at 830. Wasn’t seen until 1030-11. Very unprofessional front desk administrator. I really don’t recommend this facility. Find a different dr so you can go to a different facility
Didn’t send any post op instructions. Anesthesiologist was a jerk too.
Dr. Lin did my ViaDisc procedure here on 8/28....Ms. Montoya, office mgr. was very professional and answered all questions. Jayne, pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and professional. Ashley, nurse in OR was cordial and professional...Dr. Wong was my anathesialogist, very good....Overall good experience.
