Staff was welcoming. Explained each step of dental exam. I was given payment options on treatments.
This will be my new dentist. I had visited another dentist in georgetown who I was not pleased with. DR. KIM and his staff are very nice and professional. They won't nickel and dime you to death.
Every time I go to Sonterra Family Dental I always have a great experience! They have a long time patient!
I went in about a week ago with what was considered a dental emergency due to the pain and large abscess swelling over night. They got me in within 2 hours of calling. I was X Rayed, treatment plan set and follow up for the extraction a week later after antibiotics took affect within about an hour. Fast forward to today, (one day post extraction). Great experience every time! I enjoy coming here. The staff is perfect. They’re very welcoming. As soon as you walk in the door, it’s complete smiles. Most importantly get you in an out and ready for your appointment. Amazing!
