I had a filling fall out and I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Dr. Kim took his time to fix my filling better than before. As a first time visit, everyone was professional, friendly, and overall great atmosphere!
We always have a wonderful experience at Sonterra Family Dental. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming always make both me and my children feel comfortable. We were seen quickly, and the entire visit was efficient without feeling rushed. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional, especially with my kids, which made a big difference. It's so nice to find a dental office that provides excellent care while making the experience stress-free for the whole family. We highly recommend them!

my experience at this dental office was horrible.The front desk staff came across as dismissive, inattentive, and more focused on their phones than assisting patients. Communication felt demanding rather than helpful, and simple questions were met with impatience and a lack of understanding. The office manager also appeared unprofessional, arriving late during my appointment with an unkempt appearance and displaying little patience when addressing concerns.
