I was in town checking out multiple apartment complexes when I first met Melanie. She took the time to sit down and actually get to know me before we even discussed numbers or saw the unit. The personal touch speaks volumes and it’s obvious Melanie cares about her tenants and the property. The move in process was smooth, expeditious, and surprisingly easy. I can’t thank Melanie enough for helping me find my new home.

Melanie was amazing to work with. I live out of state so she face timed me from her personal phone. Best customer service of any place I looked at. Good location. 10/10 would suggest her and the location!
