Matt is a true professional and trustworthy. This was my first pair of hearing aids. After the exam he took the time to explain my options some less expensive to more expensive. Explained the differences and allowed me to make the choice. No pressure to commit on the spot. I had a few questions and he answered accurately and professionally. Ordered the hearing aids and he contacted me for a fitting that would fit in my schedule not his. Out of a 5 star rating I would rate him a 10.
I went for a hearing test in Nov 2019. My appointment went well. Knowledgeable guy. Talked so I could understand him. I trust him and believe him to be honest. Would recommend.
