I had a great experience at Sonshine Medical. They are a local company and have highly rated products like custom wheelchairs, lift chairs, scooters etc. I met with Austin who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I purchased a very nice, stylish, and comfortable lift chair with great lumbar support. Austin ordered it and I was so surprised when he called in just a few days to say my chair came in. We contacted Sonshine Medical Inc. because we were unable to get our handicapped family member to the basement due to a tornado warning in our neighborhood. Five days later Austin and Tristan installed the stair lift. One month later there was another tornado watch and soon after our township was under a tornado warning. Using the stair lift our family member was able to go to the basement. What peace of mind we had knowing we were all together waiting out the storm. Thank you Randy, Austin, & Tristan.
Thanks to Austin for the great service on a Stair Lift for my dad. It will make getting him out of the house for appointments a lot easier.
