I recently did an application!! Miss Sherry called me back to ask me a few questions and it felt like she knew me my whole life.. The communication is top-tier just by the phone. I could tell you they would treat you like family happy holidays.
Recently moved in, love the management team, miss sharry and Kaitlyn were extremely helpful. Easy process no jumping through hoops and I really appreciated it. Place I moved into is nice and they fixed the issues I had with the place and looking forward to being with them for awhile!

So we’re moving down to Florence cause my husband is going to be a recruiter here. We had a house lined up get down here to move in and it had mold everywhere and was not move in ready. So we were back at square one. We call Sonshine management and they let us view the house and worked with us to get it in a short matter of time! They were so sweet and helpful!
