Great products, but customer service is extremely lacking! Made an order online. Sent a follow-up email with FFL info. A week later, sent another follow-up email, which went unanswered. 2 weeks after order, still no shipping info and no response to my emails. I called them and asked to either ship the order or cancel it. That's when it finally shipped.... Best products and very amazing workers, helped me out a lot with knowing which part to get for my AR. Never pushy and buying products that you might not even need. Highly recommend this shop, and if you around San Antonio i would recommend stopping by.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service and complete disregard I received from a rifle manufacturer who says they are top tier. Heard nothing but good things about their rifles. Created an account and attempted to purchase a black MK1 carbine that was out of stock. Checked back later after hearing nothing from them and rifle was removed as an option online. Nothing…no email notification…no contact with explanation or offer for another rifle. I had to email them to find out. Asked several questions and got no response!... read more
