I called about a service letter to check the break lines and under coating. The person was very knowledgeable about the letter and explained it was for cars who reside in frequent winter weather. This didn't apply to me since we don't have to deal with heavy salt and sand covered roads in Atlanta . I had an appointment with kia South about the matter, and when I got there , as usual, I was given incorrect information and told they didn't have some machine to do the job.
