The worst customer service and professionalism from the service manager down to the front desk staff. They will tell you false information, misquote you to benefit their business and “perform” services that they don’t actually perform and lie to you!! Run from this place!!
I had a great experience getting my Telluride serviced. Paige was my primary point of contact and was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I want to give a special shoutout to both Paige and Demarcus they were absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. The team made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. Excellent customer service all around!
