Wonderful kind awesome hospitality
I had a frustrating experience at Sons Kia of Montgomery. They refused to provide a clear buyer’s agreement or show how my down payment affected the price. The numbers kept changing, and I noticed about a $12,000 upcharge from the advertised price. Multiple finance people came in during the process, which felt intimidating and pressured. My questions weren’t answered directly, and they wouldn’t run my preferred bank, saying my APR wouldn’t be below 10%. Not to mention the constant bad mouthing of other companies . If I could give zero stars I would.
The service center said I had to have $1,200 in repairs even when I explained it is due to a recall for the coolant and engine. It took a month to repair. After the so called repair, I drove away after paying but the car started smoking so I took it back. They finally got KIA to replace the engine took a few weeks but never paid me back for the $1.200 repair fee which fixed nothing at all. The services technicians working in the back are excellent.
