I'm always pleased with the service I get at the Paramus location. Frank is the best! He's knowledgeable on all things Honda but he really excels at knowing and understanding his customer's needs. My car is getting older but he, and the tech staff, are helping me keep her on the road. Thanks!
The sales team was excellent when I recently purchased a 2026 Passport SUV. Finance is another story. Do your due diligence concerning available interest rates. We were told with 800 credit scores Honda 5.2% financing was available when actually Honda 4.49% financing was available. We found the 4.49% interest rate on the internet.
I recently leased a 2026 Honda Sport Hybrid. Entering the dealership, I was not sure exactly what vehicle I wanted, but felt strongly about the Honda quality. If I could give them a zero I would . Jeff Wyler just sold my daughter a van 3 weeks ago and now the transmission is out. They won't fix it, they won't do a flat cancel of the loan, and they won't trade her out with something comparable. Scheduled my first free oil change online for my 2026 Black Edition Ridgeline. Received a call from Allen Honda to confirm my appointment and get my mileage. Drove a hour to get my oil change done and they came back 5 minutes later and said we can’t do the oil change because you only have 3100 miles and it needs to be over 5000 miles. I scheduled a service appointment for next week Monday for my 2026 Passport this morning. Next thing you know , I noticed a nail sticking out from my rear tire 😳 I call the Service Dept and asked if I could bring my Passport in for them to take a look at it . DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE OR REPAIRS!!! They are useless and overbearing. Ive had so many problems with them since I've came to Honda from Mitsubishi . They are money hungry and they will inconvenience in any way possible. About a year ago I had a 2011 honda with an ac that didn't work.
