The Service Department was amazing to work with. I did not feel pressured to get any service passed what I came for. They did a thorough inspection and offered all services needed but where I usually feel a lot of pressure from the service tech he was very understanding that I only wanted to get done what was included in my maintanence package. He also worked with me to get all the details needed for the maintenance package from another dealership.
We had a great experience with Dexter. I recommend you asked for Dexter when you are looking for a Honda.
Darnell was an absolute pleasure to work with when visiting Sons! After a terrible experience with another dealership, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a reputable salesperson that actually cares about the vehicles they sell. He made sure to give a proper test drive and even got the vehicle that I wanted at the price that I wanted.
