I do not recommend this place! Over charged my mother for a window motor replacement. Something that should have cost around $400 with parts and labor and costed her $800!! Unacceptable!!!

Worst 1st car service experience for my daughter, a college student nearby. My daughter has a car on campus for the 1st time and I instructed her to go to Sons Ford to get what their website advertises as a complimentary battery check. I asked her to call me so that I could walk her through. She set an 8am appointment....good....check. She gets there and the customer care attendent told her that there was a charge of $46 dollars to check the 12V battery which was already checked at autozone.
