This review is for the service department, we have had a good experience with the sales department. We have had our Bronco there many times for either regular service or warranty work and each time it has been an ordeal or things weren’t done. But our latest visit was the straw that broke the camels back. We made an appt to bring it in for an oil change and a 5 tire rotation , simple right?
