I don't think buying a car is everything fun, but after 5 cars being purchased here in our family, I don't think you could talk me into going back. I loved this dealership experience. The waiting area was very comfortable with complimentary snacks and beverages. I scheduled an oil change and my technician was gracious enough to let me know about some residue that he removed from a previous fluid spill not caused by SONS. The representative was also vigilant enough to notice that I was a veteran and applied a discount without me even asking. I felt very appreciated and will definitely return for future service.
My experience with Sons.I bought my Dodge Ram 1500 in because the engine feels like it disconnected from transmission I'll be pressing the gas pedal Rpm goes up but the vehicle slowing down until pull to the side turns off the engine wait a few minutes, then starts up then drive on like it had no issues ,they can't find the problem because they try to see if it can do it again. Highly recommend you take your vehicle to a shop that is not short handed to really look at the problem
Picked up this spare tire hold down bolt in the parking lot and got a flat tire. Asked 3 different gentleman what they could do to fix my tire and they all shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn’t help me. Lousy customer service. I’ll go to the next dealer up the road for parts from now on.
