Amber we do not know you at Sonrise, thus I believe that you meant this reveiw for someone else. We are not open on Saturday and do not have a pattern maker on staff. This review must be for another company.
We love doing business with Sonrise Apparel. They are helping us solve design problems and grow our business. Highly recommend.
This company is very unprofessional. Someone answers the phones and doesn't state who they are nor the company's name. I was set to meet with them and their pattern designer on a Saturday at 1pm. I was told to call to ensure the pattern designer would be there (1st thing I should have seen as unprofessional). I call on Saturday at 1, and the person who answers was very irritated and short with me and told me he was having an emergency and to call back in 45 minutes (at that point I should have left it alone, but I really wan... read more
